The Most Important Part to Remain Fit.

While most of the people struggle with obesity due to lack of work-life balance.
We have to look a lot of things to stay fit.
As Just exercising isn't enough to remain fit.
Also, just eating right is also not the only ingredient to remain fit.
There are a lot of things involved to stay healthy and being Fit.
Let's just start with a Diet. They are as follow:-
First and foremost part is,
Your Time to wake up in the morning.
It's not at all good to wake up late in the morning.
Also, I'm not asking you to wake up before 6 am, but a routine should be made for your morning time. As the best time to get is between 5 to 7.
Actually, before full sunrise if possible.
Next thing to keep in mind is the first thing you do after you woke up.
Not to get into your electronic devices, but to take in fresh air with a glass of warm water and to start your day with some exercise to open up your body.
After getting ready, have some dry fruits as it's best to have it in the morning.
Along with a cup of Green Tea or Black Tea. They are the perfect starters of the day.
After an hour to two, have your breakfast which must includes some portion of protein and carbs and less of fat. Near 1 P.M., try to have lunch which must includes some serials with a bowl of rice (prefer brown rice ) along with 1 or max 2 breads.
After your lunch, you should have at least 2-3 hours break before having next meal.
So it must digest properly.
The Post Lunch which is basically after an hour, like evening snack, must be a very light one.
A cup of Tea of Coffee must do the work with a little bit of snacking.
The end meal of the day must be very light.
Around 8pm you must have your meal.
Also, it must not contain any bread or even rice.
Just bowl of cereals or meat as a containment of meat in meal.It's good to have at least 7 hours of sleep to keep your mind and body healthy.
We all have work to do, but health must be the highest priority in one's life.
Few things to keep in mind while doing a Diet are:-
Try to have a glass of water few minutes before meals for good digestion of food.
Have a glass of Green Tea or like such for a fill in if feeling hungry.
Try to introduce oats in your meals if you are looking for fat loss.
Try to look for patterns as your body always work to a particular flow.
Try to calculate your calories intake.
Depending upon fat loss or muscle gain, try to manage it up.
