SIMPLE WAYS TO PRACTICE SELF-CARE!

We grow up working to pursue our goals and dreams and forget why is this life is given to us.

The Most Important thing everyone should take care of is oneself.


We often heard about this dying, “HEALTH IS WEALTH”


We all take care of our physical bodies. But we forget the most important thing to take care of.

And That is, Our Mental Body.


Mental Body must be taken care of first. Mentally we can beat the odds anytime anywhere. A Fit Mental health can perform wonders you never think of.

Taking care of both Mental Health and Physical Health must be the first priority.


We often wonder after listening to a lot of things, watching a lot of videos, who often tell us how about working things our and believing in ourselves.

But i would rather say, try these few things out mentioned below and you will achieve 100% success in stabilizing your mental Fitness.


I’m a true believer in having a Fit Body. It doesn’t mean that you have to be slim and trim with 6 packs or blucky muscles or something like that, but all it means that you must be fit from your mind and body.

You must take steps to be better than your yesterday, That’s what i believe in.

Here are a few habits which will definitely help in taking care of yourself.

1. GOOD BRAIN FOOD. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.

Theirs a saying that your GUT is your SECOND BRAIN. And i completely believe in this. I don’t know about you but i have noticed my behaviour patterns and i know that many a times when I’m hungry or i had a bad meal I behave in a way I shouldn’t behave and just so I know that we have to have a great meal at all times. A healthy meal is directly linked to a happy mind.

Good Brain Food tells us how food is so important for our health. Also it doesn’t mean that junk food tastes good so it is good for Brain. NO! It doesn’t work like this. Eating healthy vegetables and protein intake as per requirement and nuts and dry fruits and many more. The list goes on but the most important part is to take care of your brain.


2. KILLING ANTS. MEANS, KILLING AUTOMATIC NEGATIVE TALKS.

Killing ants around yourself often refers to killing the company who talk about bad shit always. Who just points out the universe and blame all the shit to the world and doesn’t take responsibility of it. Let’s say, I talk in terms of a business here, in business it means that everything is the your own fault if you own it. It doesn’t matter what loads of money you pay to your employees. But you have to take care of your own thoughts in public. We very easily attract bad thoughts and ideas and all. So it is very necessary to hold you mind and help in killing ants around yourself.


3. EXERCISE.

One of the best ways to fresh up your mind and to start your morning is to do some exercise every morning. Start your day with some stretching out which makes you feel fresh throughout your day. Exercising makes you more active on a daily basis according to a survey. Also, exercising daily makes your brain cells active to perform better and helps in curing a lot of diseases. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.

4. BRAIN NUTRIENTS.

After reading a lot of articles and facts about food and health and healthy life, i have come across something real important. Nutrients which help to grow brain are very much important to intake as per daily basis. Their are a lot of food like nuts, eggs, coffee,green tea, berries (specially blueberries), seeds, broccoli, dark chocolate, and a lot more. These are the best of foods to provide nutrients to the brain for perfect functioning of the brain.


5. POSITIVE PEER GROUP.

This is very important to think for a very positive mindset. It’s a very famous saying, ” YOU ARE WITH WHO YOU HANGOUT WITH” It means you think in a way or in a manner with whom you hangout. A positive mindset is very important for a healthy lifestyle. And their’s a difference between a positive thinking and practical thinking which needs to be seen. Stay with people a little older than you and are successful in the field you want to excel. You will see how they think of all the problems you are going to face soon and moreover they will help you grow.

6. CLEAN ENVIRONMENT MEANS, CLEAN SURROUNDING.

This usually says how it is important to work in a place kept cleaned by you specially. Be it your study table or your office drawer, it must be kept organised by you so you don’t have to look everywhere even for a single thing. It leads to a healthy mindset. You may found this funny, BUT PLEASE, Practice this for 30 days, and see the impact you have in your lifestyle. Their are small things which make a huge difference in one’s life. And we need to look for these small things first.


7. SUFFICIENT SLEEP.

It leads to 2 most important things, i.e. LONGER MEMORY. & DREAMS. Sleeping sufficiently for a minimum of 6 hours proves to provide a longer memory and yes, Dreams. Dreams let you see things sometimes you want. Also it sometimes shows you things you wanna solve. You take up the history and you will find that the world’s best inventions came up in the dreams of the people who invented it. Dreams are so important that sometimes it lets us see things which might even save our lives. Hence, Sleeping is also one of the important aspects to be taken care of in taking care of yourself.

8. NEW LEARNING.

We must Learn new things everyday. I know it is difficult, but i will make it a little simple for you. On 1st of every month, print the calendar of that month. And at the end of each week, write one thing or topic you want to excel in. Write the topic and it’s sub-parts. Finally divide all within the week and try to accomplish those little targets. Earlier i used to think about finishing a book in some days but usually it got delayed every time due to some work or maybe going out of station. Then i realized this simple trick, and note it in my calendar to read a few pages daily according to book to finish it on time. And now, usually i finish it properly without any delays.


9. STRESS MANAGEMENT.

Stress is the worst of all your enemy. Once you start letting it take over you, and you start digging your own grave. Stress has a powerful impact on various aspects of your life—not only can it affect your mood, energy level, relationships, and work performance, stress can also cause and exacerbate a wide variety of health conditions. Hence, it is so important to do some of the things mentioned below so as to manage your stress level and keep it as low as possible.

Keep a positive attitude.Accept that there are events that you cannot control. Be assertive instead of aggressive.Learn and practice relaxation techniques; try meditation, yoga, or tai-chi for stress management.Exercise regularly. Eat healthy, well-balanced meals.
